dovedale16

This summer the Nottingham youth are embarking on a hike around the Peak District. This promises to be a weekend full of fun, fitness, food and fellowship.

Price is £75 (£65 for students) and the weekend is from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 July. Minimum age is 18. >>REGISTER HERE<<

Transport will be arranged for those that need it and we will return to church in time for mass on Sunday.

After our walk on Saturday you’ll have time to refresh and re-energize before an evening bible meeting. More details on the agenda will be available nearer the time.

What to bring

Towels and bed linen will be provided. All you need to bring are your clothes and toiletries.  We recommend you have the following for the hike:

  • Walking boots or trainers. Leather walking boots provide better support but trainers are acceptable.
  • If wearing walking boots it’s recommended that you wear appropriate walking socks. You should buy an inner and outer pair. These prevent blisters.
  • Waterproofs. Although it’s July, we are still in England so torrential downpours may occur at any time. We advise that you bring a waterproof jacket/ poncho. You may also wish to bring waterproof trousers.

Look forward to seeing you all there! Book soon! Places are limited and unsold places will be made available to other churches in the diocese soon.
